Joe O'Neill - Principal

 

Joe was admitted as a Solicitor on 19th November 1984. He is a well known local having practiced in the Gold Coast and Tweed region for a period of 34 years, supporting many community organisations in that time.

His experience is wide ranging and extends to litigation and criminal matters in the Local, District and Supreme Courts and he has a strong record of success in his representation of clients dealing with drink driving suspended/disqualified driving charges and drug related matters. Joe covers all aspects of Family Law where he is a skillful negotiator and he regularly attends and conducts his own appearances in this jurisdiction. He often represents clients on matters which require him to travel interstate.

Joe’s main focus is to accomplish client satisfaction through a successful outcome.

 

 

Graeme Delaney - Consultant Solicitor

 

Graeme, since his admission in April 1974 has developed a wealth of experience in criminal, traffic, commercial and conveyancing law, focusing in the main in litigation. He has vast experience in all courts from Local/Magistrates through to District, Supreme and Federal courts. He rarely has need for the client to expend additional costs when unnecessary by engaging Counsel, relying instead on his own experience and competence in Court advocacy.

Graeme joined the firm in 2006 and has since developed invaluable experience as a “cross-border” lawyer. An added string to his bow is a post graduate qualification and experience in the law surrounding the licensing and protection of intellectual property.

 

 

Richard Reading - Consultant Solicitor

 

Richard Reading joined the practice as a full time consultant in February 2015.

Richard has been in private practice since his admission in June 1974, having graduated from The University of Sydney in 1973 (LLB).

Over a period of 44 years, Richard has practised extensively in litigious matters, including personal injury claims, contested wills, building disputes and various civil disputes.

Richard was accredited by The Law Society as a specialist in personal injury claims in 1996. Richard has practiced extensively in the District Court and Supreme Court.

In 1998, Richard was awarded the Masters of Dispute Resolution from The University of Technology Sydney (UTS).

In November 2001, Richard was appointed as an arbitrator of the Local Court.

 

 

Dominique O'Neill - Solicitor

 

Dominique practices in criminal, property, wills and estate matters. Dominique graduated from Southern Cross University with Honours (LLB) in 2014 and also has a degree in Psychology. Dominique understands that when you have a problem that requires her legal assistance it is one of the most stressful times in your life and she thrives on helping her clients get through this difficult time.

Dominique has appeared in the Local, District, Supreme Courts as well as the Court of Appeal on a range of matters. Dominique regularly appears in the Local Court and Magistrates Court for clients on criminal charges.
