Estate Administration
We cover and will act for Executor/Administrator of an Estate matter and provide a seamless and empathic approach to minimise the impact when a close family member/relative has passed away. We also prepare Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents for clients and provide the following assistance:
Estate Planning which involves determining how an individual’s assets will be preserved, managed and distributed after death and any financial obligations in the event that the person becomes incapacitated
Preparation of Trusts such as Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, and Testamentary Trusts – which basically means a relationship between the person creating the Trust, the person holding the assets (the Trustee) and the person to receive benefit from the property (the Beneficiary)
Preparation of Wills
Preparation of Power of Attorney – which the Attorney appointed can make decisions on behalf of the Appointer, with regard to their financial affairs if they lose capacity
Preparation of Enduring Guardianship – which the Guardian appointed can make decisions on behalf of the Appointer with regard to their medical affairs if they lose capacity
